QueryNorth is an enterprise BI consulting firm specializing in Tableau to Power BI migrations. We operate under the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and the Republic of Colombia. Our contact email is hello@querynorth.com.

What we collect

When you submit the free migration assessment form on our website, we collect:

  • First and last name
  • Work email address
  • Company name
  • Your role or title
  • Approximate number of Tableau workbooks / dashboards
  • Your migration or renewal timeline

We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or sensitive personal data. We do not use cookies beyond what is strictly necessary to serve the website.

How we use your information

The information you provide is used solely to:

  • Prepare and deliver your free migration assessment
  • Contact you to schedule the associated discovery call
  • Follow up on your assessment over a reasonable period

We will never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party processors

Form submissions are processed by Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form handling service. Formspree receives the data you submit and forwards it to us by email. Their privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Our website is hosted on standard web infrastructure. No analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising scripts are currently loaded on this site. If this changes — for example, if we add advertising or analytics tools — this section will be updated before those tools are activated.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to deliver the assessment and for a reasonable follow-up period, not to exceed 24 months from the date of submission. If you have not engaged with us within that period, your data is deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. To exercise these rights, email hello@querynorth.com with your request. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you may also have rights under the GDPR. If you are located in California, you may have rights under the CCPA. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
