In on-premises deployment, the QueryNorth platform is installed and operated within your own infrastructure — your servers, your network, your identity and access controls. All audit, conversion, and validation work happens inside your environment. Migration artifacts never leave your network boundary.
QueryNorth architects connect to your environment via VPN or your approved remote access method. Internet connectivity may be available but is not required for the platform to function — our tooling has no external API dependencies.
When to use
Data residency and control without full network isolation
On-premises deployment fits organizations that require all migration data and artifacts to remain inside their own infrastructure, but do not need a fully air-gapped environment.
